Your 'Tow Truck Near Me'

Nowadays, it seems all too easy to be left stranded by your vehicle. Even under normal circumstances, vehicle issues are commonplace when millions of people are commuting to and from work daily, running errands, visiting friends, taking trips, doing school runs, etc., all the time.

Now throw in a pandemic, with all of the job losses and financial hardships that it brings, and suddenly far fewer people are able to purchase newer cars, instead relying on their existing vehicles which need to be continuously repaired and maintained in order to stay in working condition.

The catch is that we're so busy doing all of the above that we often forget to keep up on those repairs and maintenance, which is where the inevitable happens: you get a breakdown, a flat tire, or a dead battery which leaves you stuck by the side of the road. That's where you need an outstanding towing and roadside assistance company to come and
Button
get you out of that bind.

Passenger Vehicle & Commercial Vehicle Towing

Let's face it, the traffic in Boynton Beach is pretty bad. Whether you're traveling north on Congress Avenue or exiting south off the I-95 onto Boynton Beach Boulevard during rush hour, you're not going anywhere fast.

It could be the early morning school drop-off, run to work, or that slow, sluggish journey home after a hard day at the office, having to pick up dinner from a local supermarket, pick up your dry cleaning, buy pet food, get the kids from school and bring them home again. All of these stop-start activities place a significant burden on your car.

And unfortunately, our cars are not perpetual, maintenance-free robots that will keep running for as long as we push them without giving them any TLC. Our vehicles need maintenance, yet we are not always there to provide it as we give all of that TLC to everybody else - family members, kids, friends, work, school, etc. Our priorities lie elsewhere. As a result, this inevitably comes back to bite us in the butt as our neglected vehicles go through so much wear and tear. And, as always seems to be the case, wear and tear catch up on us when we are in the least convenient situations.

Thankfully, a towing company with a significant presence around the Boynton Beach area will come to you to get your vehicle back on the road or to a local mechanic. If you need a tow truck near me or a local towing service, Contact Boynton Beach Towing Pros today for a free estimate, and let's get you back up and running!

Florida's Professional Towing Service

High-quality tow truck equipment is critical to our business and customers. Tow truck equipment can affect the efficiency and speed with which we can gain access to and tow vehicles safely. Tow truck equipment should at least be good enough to ensure the safety of both the people in the vehicle being towed and any bystanders who may be around where the tow is taking place.

Ensure that all equipment does not hurt or injure other people or property, including other motorists on the road or pedestrians nearby. If any injuries occur because of faulty/poor quality tow truck equipment, this has legal consequences for the business providing the services. For example, they could sue a business for damages if someone was injured. If this happens, they would be entitled to financial compensation for their loss and any non-economic damages caused, such as pain and suffering.

One example of tow truck equipment critical for proper tow truck operations is the appropriate straps/hitches. The quality and integrity of such equipment are essential because tow trucks use them continuously to tow vehicles, especially in the case of accidents or car emergencies. Towing straps and hitches must be able to hold up under different kinds of stress so they don't break easily, which could cause injuries if someone were to be holding on to them or even standing nearby in the event that they break.

Tow trucks should not be overloaded with weight either, as this causes unnecessary wear and tear on their tow straps/hitches, which may also lead to more dangerous situations for tow truck drivers and their assistants, among other people. An overloaded tow strap/hitch could put excessive amounts of stress on it that could make it prone to rupture. If the strap/hitch cannot hold up under this extra stress, it may break or come loose from its anchor point without warning.

Tow trucks should also be equipped with tow truck jacks, which are used to lift a vehicle from underneath so the tow truck can get under it and tow it out. Without proper jacking gear, tow truck drivers would be unable to tow vehicles without dragging them along the road. Tow trucks also need proper hooks, which are either placed into or onto a car's metal frame/chassis by the tow truck driver before towing to prevent the towed vehicle from falling off the tow strap/hitch while being moved.

Professional tow trucks should also have high-quality and fully operational tow truck lights, which are used to provide extra light for the tow truck driver while driving at night or if their tow truck happens to break down during such hours. The tow truck lights must be properly installed and working because accidents can happen in good weather conditions, let alone bad weather conditions like rain or snow.

A brief history of Boynton Beach

Boynton Beach is a city located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The population was estimated to be 102,096 as of the 2010 census. The first inhabitants of present-day Boynton Beach were the Tequesta Indians who traveled along the east coast of what is now Florida about 1000 A.D. They left evidence in place including shell mounds and sinkholes which are still visible today near Boynton Road and Congress Avenue intersection in Boynton Beach City Park. In 1565 Pedro Menéndez de Avilés passed through this area on his way from Cuba to Florida. The first Europeans to visit the area were Spanish explorers in 1559 and 1565, who named the bay Punta Piñal because of the abundant palm trees near its shore.

In 1823 Augustine Webster, a land surveyor for the East Florida Company passed through what is now Boynton Beach on his way from Key West to Fort Myers. He noted that there was an excellent salt water fresh water marsh on which to build a town, and he decided to name it "Boynton" after Colonel Thomas Boynton (1783-1851), one of East Florida's original settlers and a major landowner. In 1825, Boynton laid out the town's streets on a grid pattern which is still in use today.

In 1855 Palm Beach incorporated present-day Boynton Beach as an independent city, but it remained essentially farmland until 1916 when the first housing developments were constructed. The population of Boynton Beach increased rapidly during the 1920s and 1930s as a result of its favorable location between Miami and Palm Beach - two important cities with large populations that were experiencing rapid expansion.

During World War II, Camp Blanding (now Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport) was built just south of Boynton Beach to accommodate thousands of G.I.'s who were being trained for combat in Europe and Asia.

Today, Boynton Beach is a thriving city with a population of over 100,000 people and many amenities available including an extensive network of public parks, a world-renowned oceanfront resort community, top-tier schools, shopping centers and businesses.
